Terms & Conditions
Your Trip
Clients will receive a detailed itinerary outlining the various destinations and activities, providing clear expectations for their trip. The tour/safari services agreed upon will be delivered as planned, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as road closures, adverse weather, logistical issues, or security concerns. In such instances, the itinerary may be altered at the company’s discretion, and clients will be informed with alternative arrangements provided when possible. Zansafari Tours will strive to maintain the same quality and essence of the original itinerary.
Clients must acknowledge that conditions in Tanzania differ from those in more developed nations. Unexpected and sudden changes in government-regulated fees and taxes, such as national park fees and other taxes, may occur. Zansafari Tours reserves the right to pass these local taxes/fees onto the clients.
Payment Terms
After confirming their booking, clients will receive an invoice detailing the payment information. To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit or full payment of the itinerary cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before the itinerary start date. For bookings made within 65 days of departure, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Methods of Payment
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash, depending on the instructions provided by Zansafari Tours.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, either partially or in full, for any reason, Zansafari Tours will apply the following cancellation charges:
- 10 days before departure: The deposit is non-refundable.
- 30+ days before departure: 50% of the itinerary cost.
